🌿 Sharing PracticeAlexander Sunday is a space for exchange and shared exploration within the field of Alexander Technique. It operates cross-schools and independent of associations. Inspired by the idea of the Sharing Lab, it centers around sharing forms, ideas, and expressions — what we are currently working on, experimenting with, or questioning.Rather than a conventional class or workshop, it’s a collective learning process: Participants bring their own impulses, show short sequences or practical approaches, and invite the group to explore them together.
In this way, an open field emerges where different perspectives and experiences meet, allowing insights to co-arise naturally.The focus lies on mutual learning, experimentation, and the embodiment of principles — both in personal practice and in teaching.
Each session is unique, shaped by the contributions of those present, and opens space for discovery, resonance, and creative applications of the Alexander Technique in everyday life and professional practice.
AT-practicing sessions take place at regular intervalls, usually once every month or two month on Sundays. The location and dates will be published on this site and communicated via messenger.
For the room rents the recommended donation per session is 5 - 10 €
